There is one major Change.
Many of you ask´d me to delete the Rule, that demands
that no Story can be nominated again.
I thought it´s important to have this rule, so not every
Award-time the same stories are on the list, but you proved
it over the last 3 times that there are always new participants,
so you earn´d it that I delete this Rule, which is done for
the 4th. Energize W.I.P. Award´s
